Hi guys, in case you didn’t already know, this wednesday is the day of the Fresher’s Bazaar, where we will get to show off our club to all the newcomers. What I need is volunteers to help out at our stall, helping draw in potential new members and making sure everyhting runs ok. So if you’re free anytime on wednesday between 9 AM to 5PM, I’d really appreciate it if you came along. Thanks

Here’s hoping your summer has been going well so far. Well as you know, we’ve been absent for the past month while we were finding a venue. This has now been sorted and here’s our meeting schedule for the summer months:

The venue for all of these meetings is The Space (in the Student’s Union). Sorry for taking so long on getting this sorted, and we’ll hopefully see you all soon!

We just thought you might like a little update on our summer meetings pattern. Those who were there last Wednesday were informed that unless they heard otherwise, to assume that it was the last meeting of the academic year. At the moment we are waiting to hear back from the SU as to whether or not we can use the Space or the Club Rooms during the summer months. We will hopefully hear back from them on this towards the end of this week and will of course update you on this as soon as we get the information! Due to this, please work under the assumption that until you hear otherwise, there will be no weekly meetings until September.
