Executive committee
The executive committee are the top three in-charge of the society. Their posts must be held by a registered QUB student for the year they are elected.
- Chairperson
The chairbeing shall oversee the general running of the society and shall be answerable to the executive committee. This post must be held by a registered QUB student

- Secretary
The secretary shall take minutes at all meetings of the society. The secretary will be responsible for all correspondence of the society and shall keep a record of it. They are also responsible for providing the Vice President of Clubs and services with an annual report, no later than November 1st. The secretary will also conduct venue bookings, liasing with the Treasurer regarding provision of funds

- Treasurer
The treasurer will have responsibility for all the society’s finances, for the collection of subscriptions and maintenance of accounts. The treasurer will provide reports to the Executive committee on the financial standing of the society and a details report of the society’s financial status at the AGM. The Treasurer is also responsible for communicating with the Vice President Clubs and Services on financial matters including the provision of estimates for expenditure.

Regular committee
- Vice-Chair
The vice-chair will deputise for the Chairbeing or Secretary whenever they are unable to fufil their duties. In the result of a committee member being unable to carry out their duties the Vice-chair shall step in temporarally until either the committee member returns, or an EGM is called and a new officer is appointed. While the Vice position is not in the executive committee, the post must be held by a registered QUB student as they may be called to take over an executive position.

- Internet officer
The Internet Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining the website of the club, as well as maintain domain names, email accounts, and all assets of the club relating to the Internet and World Wide Web. The Internet Officer will also work with the PRO to maintain a consistent presentation of ‘look’ or ‘presence’ across printed and electronic media.

- Entertainments officer and Assistant
The Entertainments Officer and their assistant will be responsible for organising the events schedule of the club. They will, in liaison with the Treasurer, book the necessary tickets and hire the necessary services for club events. They shall also be responsible for keeping all club equipment used for Ents purposes (e.g. DVD player, VCR), and be responsible for gathering the material for club presentations. They shall also ensure the publication of the events schedule, subject to approval by the Executive committee, via the PRO.

- Member’s representative
The Member’s Representative will be responsible for ensuring communication between the Executive Committee and the main body of members. The Members Representative shall be available for any club member to approach regarding a problem with either the club itself or a member of the club. The Members Representative shall then be responsible for ensuring the matter is brought up with the Executive committee, while ensuring confidentiality where it is required.
