Hey guys,
Well it seems that November has flown through and we are fast approaching the Christmas break. First of all I’d just like to apologise for the lack of schedule during November. That said, all the ideas that you gave will be incorporated into the December and January schedules.
So, tonight then. Tonight, after Heroes, we will have a selection of various different shows, including Red Dwarf, Farscape, and others, and you will be able to choose which you want to watch.
So, December then. We will only have two meetings during December. The first on Wednesday December 3rd and the second on December 10th. After that we shall be taking our Christmas break until early January. The exact date we will return will be announced shortly. Expect details of our December entertainments schedule and our Christmas dinner outing shortly
Hey guys,
Just giving you a little reminder that there will be no meeting this coming Wednesday (November 19th) as the rooms were booked well in advance of us. We will be back on Wednesday November 26th!
Hey guys,
On Wednesday we held an EGM at the request of seven of our members. The minutes of this meeting are now available for download, either head over to the Club Administration page or download them directly here.
In my role as chairperson of the society I have written a direct response to those complaints and issues raised against myself. This is available for download here. I will point out that the contents of this response are those of my own personal opinion, and not that of the Queen’s University of Belfast Science Fiction and Fantasy society.
Hey guys,
Well the first free cinema trip of the year is upon us. We shall be going to see it this Friday in the Movie House on the Dublin Road. We shall be in screen 8 and the film shall commence at 8pm. Tickets have been booked for all those who showed interest in going!
As it is expected to be quite busy, I would recommend that you show up roughly half an hour before the start of the movie, and definitely no later than 10 minutes before the start so that we can all find good seats
You will be able to collect your tickets from myself (Ryan) or Thomas at the cinema itself. It is recommended that students bring their student cards incase the staff check. Don’t worry for those of you who aren’t students. We have purchased you standard adult tickets.
So, see you there
